We are a small, friendly group with talented and creative people who enjoy each other's company and friendship and we are always ready to try something new.
We have our monthly meeting on the first Tuesday of the month in Cotes and Standon Community Centre,Station Road, Cotes Heath, Staffordshire, ST21 6RS, which has full access for anyone with mobility problems. Meetings start at 7.15pm and last about 2 hours. You do not have to be a member of the WI to pay us a visit, but we charge visitors £3-00.
Meetings include talks about topics of interest, demonstrations, trying our hand at a new craft and social evenings. We always finish with tea and cake, which we take turns to make or buy, plus lots of chatter!
Besides our monthly meetings we have a craft group, book club and lunch group and are open for ideas about other activities.
You will find our full programme in our Diary 2020. If you like the look of it come along. It’s not easy to join a group, so feel free to bring a friend for support, but don’t worry because you will be made welcome by everyone.
